How much do I pay when I book?
50% of the total cost is owed at the time of booking unless otherwise specified with Boxcook team.
Can I choose a park, lake, public area for my proposal or picnic?
At Boxcook, we adhere to the regulations established by each city. Many of the most beautiful parks are situated in residential areas, which can lead to disturbances for both residents and law enforcement. If you have guests attending your events—whether for marriage proposals or picnics—we strongly recommend reserving a location to ensure a pleasant experience, free from the risk of fines or complications.

Are there any additional fees I should be aware of?
Additional fees may apply for travel outside of our local area, extra hours, or specific requests not included in the initial contract package.
Can I customize the setup for my proposal?
Absolutely! We offer a variety of customization options to fit your vision, including themes, colors, and specific elements you’d like to include.
How much in advance do I need to book with you?
We appreciate your prompt response. However, we typically require a minimum of three weeks' notice for reservations. Please keep in mind that holidays and weekends may be fully booked months, or even a year in advance.
