GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These represent the general terms and conditions of our company. However, once your information has been collected, a detailed contract will be provided for your review. Should you agree to the terms outlined therein, you will make the reservation, and we will proceed in accordance with those stipulations. All provisions are subject to the specific hour, duration, location, equipment, and type of service selected.
Alcoholic Beverage Policy
Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited in public spaces, including parks, some venues, and rooftops. However, we can accommodate your request if the event is held on the client's property or in private spaces.
Initial Payment
To guarantee the reservation and establish a commitment from both parties, we always require a prior deposit. The initial payment is non-refundable in the event of cancellation on your part, as it is our responsibility to ensure excellent service. (However, that non-refundable payment can be used as credit to schedule a new date within the 2 months period).
Non-Weather Related Rescheduling
In Texas the weather is very variable and we can unexpected rain with hail, but we do however have options that can carry out your event such as having the set up in your home, hotel, or private area with a cover. We are always monitoring the weather before making your reservations and we inform you of everything. If under any circumstances it is not possible to have your picnic, we will change the scheduled date and coordinate with you for a better arrangement. (Minimum charges less than $40 may be added for travel outside of Arlington TX.) (Hotel or restaurant reservations will also be charged at the total value).
Showed Up Late?
We value your time as much as our own, and we strive to provide exceptional service for each of our events and clients. To ensure a smooth experience, we kindly ask that you arrive on time for your reservation. Late arrivals can disrupt the schedule and may impact other bookings for the day.Once the reservation time is confirmed, it is essential to adhere to the agreed-upon schedule. At the end of the designated time, our team will begin cleaning. If you require an additional hour, please notify us in advance, as an extra charge will apply.

Our Equipment
All event equipment is the property of Boxcook INC, and must be returned back as the same conditions that we gave it to you. If something happens please let us know in time so we can resolve it.
Damages
At each event we make sure that everything is completely disinfected and the equipment is clean. For you, we would appreciate if there is any liquid spill on the pillows, blankets, or any damage to an object that you will now notify so we can verify. In the event that an item is damaged during your picnic or proposal, a fee will be assessed based on the item's value, depending on the terms outlined in the contract and package.
Once you've confirmed the reservation time, it's important to be on time. Once we reach the end time, our arrival is imminent and cleaning will commence. To avoid any issues, it's important to adhere to the agreed-upon time. If you require an extra hour, kindly notify us in advance, with an additional charge.
